This was probably the best news I've heard so far. Even though it made me a bit sad that it had to cost a student's life for University of the Philippines to lift this policy, we all know now that Ms. Tejada did not die in vain.

It failed to save her life... but she sacrificed her own life to save others who may have the same problem in the future. Wherever she is right now, I hope she knows how many lives she actually saved by sacrificing hers. Rest in peace.
