A lot of people don't like this boy band. But I'm a 90's kid. I grew up with boybands - Backstreet Boys, Westlife, N*SYNC, A1, Boyzone, 98 degrees, O-Town, you name it. I still know their songs by heart. One Direction is this generation's boyband... and I sincerely wish they would appreciate it more. No, I don't think they're gay. I think they're one of the best things that happened to today's music industry. Music these days have turned into nothing but random beats with random words put into them. I can't even understand the lyrics in most of the songs played on the radio. Sure, they are nice to dance to and headbang to... But what is the song about? In every song, I focus on the lyrics. I want to know what the song is about. I want to know why the song was written... because there is a story behind every song. With One Direction, the lyrics are clearly sung... and these lyrics touched my heart. :)
