It actually saddens me how a lot of people can say "YES, WALANG PASOK!" because they only see their own side of the story.

I wake up today and saw the TV turned on... and the first thing I see are people standing on rooftops waiting for rubber boats to rescue them because it's flooded in their area.

I sit down now, typing on this blog from my laptop... with a cup of coffee on my right and a book on my left... listening to the sound of heavy rain outside.

Rain unsettles me. I don't like rain.

When I was a kid, I used to play in the rain. It was a little slice of heaven for me. But now, rain just causes illness... and pain... and death... and destruction... and sadness. And I don't like it.

I pray for my country right now... and I hope my countrymen/women and the whole world will do it with me.

Enough praying for the suspension of classes. We have to make up a lot of days as it is. And now this happens... This time, we need to pray... and if you can, extend a hand to help those who suffered because of the flood and continuous rainfall.

We suffered worse than this, Filipinos... and we can stand on our feet again when the storm passes.
